• Restaurant Owners who create and manage digital menus using QRXO
• Diners (end customers) who view restaurant menus via QR codes

3. Information We Collect

For Restaurant Owners

• Name & email address
• Restaurant details (name, contact number, description)
• Menu & dish metadata, uploaded photos
• Login & authentication data (via secure cookies)
• Payment details processed through Razorpay

For Diners

• Anonymous IP addresses for simple menu view analytics (no personal info collected)
• Temporary session data (e.g. cart items) stored locally in their browser

4. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the digital menu service
• To process subscription payments securely
• To display basic analytics (menu & dish views)
• To communicate with restaurant owners for support
• To improve QRXO’s performance, security, and user experience

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party marketers.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use secure cookies and browser storage only for essential purposes:

• Restaurant owner authentication sessions
• Temporary cart data for diners (not linked to any personal info)

6. Third-Party Services

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway. Razorpay may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy policy. QRXO does not store full payment details (like card numbers).

Apart from Razorpay, we do not integrate with any other third-party analytics or ad networks.

7. Data Storage & Security

All data is securely hosted on cloud servers located in Singapore. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain restaurant data (menus, images, analytics) until the owner deletes their account or requests removal. Diners’ anonymous IP data is stored only for basic analytics and is not personally identifiable.

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can contact us, and we will process your request.

9. Age Requirements

Restaurant owners must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Diners can access menus regardless of age, as no personal data is collected from them.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
