1. Overview

At QRXO, we want every restaurant owner to be satisfied with our digital menu service. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions and physical QR stands provided with our plans.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with our service.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must request the refund within 30 days of your subscription start date.
  • You must return the physical QR stands (5 included in the Pro plan) in good, reusable condition.
  • Returned QR stands must be shipped back to us at your cost.

Once we receive the stands in good condition, we will process your refund manually.

3. Refund Process

After confirming the return of the QR stands, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. After 30 Days

Refund requests made after 30 days of your initial payment are not eligible. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle and will not auto-renew unless you pay for the next cycle.

5. Subscription Renewals & Mid-Cycle Cancellations

All subscription payments (monthly or pre-paid) are non-refundable once the new billing period begins. You cannot cancel a subscription mid-cycle, but it will automatically expire at the end of the current paid period if you do not renew.

6. No Refunds For:

  • Partial usage of a subscription (e.g. using 10 days of a 30-day plan)
  • Failure to return physical QR stands in good condition within the 30-day refund window
  • Issues unrelated to QRXO (e.g. poor internet at your restaurant, diner behavior, etc.)

7. Flex Plan Refunds

Flex plan pricing is custom and may include setup or hardware costs. Refunds for Flex plans are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for details.
